It isn’t COVID, lockdowns, the election, or 2020 that has caused so much despair in so many people. It’s the lack of connection we have with ourselves and each other perpetuated by a culture that encourages disconnection that is to blame. 

The majority aren’t hearty enough to withstand any change in the outer environment because they walk around in the best of times, barely holding it together. Our weaknesses are being exposed yet we keep blaming the outside instead of evaluating why *on the inside* we are so fragile and shattered.

Put a lid on “ef 2020 fuck Covid ef masks ef lockdowns ef the election” – instead ef the way we have been being, acting as if the way we were prior to this was sustainable. It wasn’t.
